The golden autumn in South Tyrol is known far beyond its borders. He enjoys magnificent scenery color, the clear unclouded vision, the relatively good weather resistance and not least by the "Törggelen". The "Törggelen" is an old tradition in South Tyrol and is caused by the fact that the farmers (in the basement is the wine press) with the harvesters must (Suser) and new wine (Nuin) in the Torrgl have tried and then anschliesend a hearty dinner was served.
Today's "Törggelen" still exists in this hearty feast of different salt meat, sausages, dumplings, sauerkraut and more. Of course, our homegrown "Suser" and "nuier wine" is not missing. The final make sweet fritters and the freshly roasted chestnuts ("Keschtn").
The most important thing on "Törggelen" was and still is the gesllige round with a lot of fun and entertainment. For the latter we provide with South live music.
